Your Appointment Analysis Details Report contains information about your appointments such as the assigned staff member, client attendance, date, time, and location.
When you generate this report, all your appointment information is displayed. If you want to view an individual staff member’s information, you can use the advanced filters to change what information is displayed.
Generate an Appointment Analysis Details Report for an individual staff member
To generate an Appointment Analysis Details Report for an individual staff member:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Appointment Analysis Details.
Click the Advanced Filter
button.
Click Staff. This filter option will only appear if multiple staff members appear on the report.
Select the checkbox next to the name of the staff member. Clear the checkbox next to any staff member who should not be included in the report.
Click Apply Filter.
