You can switch between locations at any time when using WellnessLiving. When you’re performing location-specific tasks, such as time zone adjustments, ensure you have the correct location selected.
Desktop - Staff Back Office
To change your location in the Staff Back Office:
In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon.
Click Location.
Click on your desired location from the list.
Mobile - Elevate Staff App
To switch between locations on the Elevate Staff App:
Tap the More tab.
Under Profile, tap Change Location.
Select a location and tap Continue.
