Change your location

You can switch between locations at any time when using WellnessLiving. When you’re performing location-specific tasks, such as time zone adjustments, ensure you have the correct location selected.

Desktop - Staff Back Office

To change your location in the Staff Back Office:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click your profile icon.

  2. Click Location.

  3. Click on your desired location from the list.

Mobile - Elevate Staff App

To switch between locations on the Elevate Staff App:

  1. Tap the More tab.

  2. Under Profile, tap Change Location.

  3. Select a location and tap Continue.
