To access the Expiring Credit Cards Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Clients > Expiring Credit Cards.

The Expiring Credit Cards Report is a client report that displays a list of clients with expiring or expired credit cards during the selected date range.

Summary cards in the Expiring Credit Cards Report

In addition to the summary cards listed in the table below, summary cards corresponding to any custom client types you have created will also be available.

Summary card	Description
Total Credit Cards Expiring In Period	The total number of credit cards that are expiring during the selected date range.
Active Pass Holder	The total number of credit cards associated to active pass holders that are expiring during the selected date range.
Active Member	The total number of credit cards associated to active members that are expiring during the selected date range.
Inactive Pass Holder	The total number of credit cards associated to inactive pass holders that are expiring during the selected date range.
Inactive Member	The total number of credit cards associated to inactive members that are expiring during the selected date range.
Prospect	The total number of credit cards associated to prospects that are expiring during the selected date range.

Headings in the Expiring Credit Cards Report

Heading	Description
Client	The client whose credit card is expiring. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance, will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
Location	The last location that the client visited.
Last Visit	The name, date, time, and staff member of the last scheduled service the client attended at your business.
Notes	The number of alerts on the client’s profile. Hover over the icon to see the details of the alerts.
Card	The last four digits of the expiring credit card.
Expires	The expiry date of the client’s credit card.

Advanced Filters in the Expiring Credit Cards Report

Filter	Description
Client Status	Determines which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
Client Groups	Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
Expired Credit Card	Determines whether to include credit cards in the report that are expired or close to expiration.
Client Types	Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
