Using the Memberships Report, you can choose to view a list of all clients with memberships on hold during a selected date range.
Filter the Memberships Report for memberships on hold:
To filter the Memberships Report for memberships on hold:
Open the App Drawer then click Reports > Sales > Memberships.
Click the Advanced Filter
button.
Under Membership Status, select only the On Hold checkbox.
Click Apply Filter. The report will now display only memberships that are on hold.
To view how many times that a membership was on hold and/or when it was placed on hold, hover over the question mark
in the Status column.
