- A staff member only receives commission for an auto-renewing Purchase Option if the payment, or reattempted payment, is successful.
- When selling a package in the store, the Apply commission to future auto-payments option isn’t visible at checkout unless the package is set to auto-renew, even if the package contains Purchase Options that are set to auto-renew.
