With Enterprise Cloud, staff members in charge of an Enterprise Headquarters can sign in to any Enterprise Location. A temporary profile is created at each location, giving full access to manage it. This profile is deleted upon sign-out.
If you have the Manage enterprise locations staff role permission, you can sign in directly to Enterprise Locations. If you don’t have this permission, a request for access is sent to the Enterprise Location, and a staff member with the Business Owner role from the Enterprise Location must grant access to you.
Note: Staff members may receive welcome emails from the Enterprise Location each time a temporary client profile is created.
Desktop - Staff Back Office
To sign in to Enterprise Locations in the Staff Back Office:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Enterprise > Enterprise Locations.
In the Action column, click the Action button
next to the location you want to sign in to and click Sign in.
If you have the Manage enterprise locations staff role permission, you’ll be redirected to the Enterprise Location’s backend.
If you don’t have the Manage enterprise locations staff role permission, a sign-in request popup is displayed. You must wait for the location to grant access. You’ll be able to sign in to the Enterprise Location as soon as the request is approved.
Mobile - Elevate Staff App
To sign in to an Enterprise Location using the Elevate Staff App:
Open the app on your mobile device and sign in.
On the Select business screen, select the location you want to temporarily sign in to.
Tap Continue.
