Clients images on their profiles are displayed next to the client’s name in attendance lists and client reports. Clients can also add or change their profile image themselves from the Client Web App and the Achieve Client App.
Add or change a client’s profile image
To add or change a client’s profile image:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
and enter the client’s information, then click the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Profile Details.
Click the current profile image.
Click and drag an image from your computer into the popup window, or click the link to select an image from your files.
Use the bar on the bottom to zoom in or out. Adjust the placement of the circle to determine what part of the image is uploaded.
Click Save.
Click Save in the bottom right to update the profile.
