Add or update a profile image as a client

Clients can add or update their profile images on desktop using the Client Portal or on mobile devices using the Achieve Client App.

Note: Some businesses prevent profile pictures from being changed once uploaded. If you’re unable to change your profile picture, you might need to ask a staff member to change it for you.

Desktop - Client Portal

To add or update a profile image on the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. In the top menu, click My Profile.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Under UPLOAD IMAGE, click the ADD AN IMAGE box or your current profile image.

  4. Click and drag an image from your computer into the popup window or click Select a photo from your computer to browse and select an image from your files.

  5. Click and drag the highlighted box on the image to choose which part of the image to crop. You can also click and drag the corners of the box to crop a larger area of the image and use the Clockwise and Counterclockwise buttons to rotate the image.

  6. When you are satisfied with the image, click the Complete button.

  7. Click UPDATE ACCOUNT. The new profile image is saved to your profile.

Mobile - Achieve Client App

To add or update a profile image on the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the My Profile tab.

  2. On the profile menu, tap Profile Details.

  3. Tap the profile image circle or initials at the top of your profile.

  4. Tap Select a photo and select a photo from your files.

  5. Tap and drag the highlighted box on the image to choose which part of the image to crop. You can also tap and drag the corners of the box to crop a larger area of the image and use the Clockwise and Counterclockwise buttons to rotate the image.

  6. When you are satisfied with the image, tap the Complete button. The new profile image is saved to your profile.
