Locate deactivated services

When a service is deactivated, it will no longer be visible in WellnessLiving’s default list. You can choose to view these services by filtering for inactive services.

Filter for inactive services

To filter for inactive services:

  1. Click the App Drawer button Image then click View All > Setup > Services.

  2. On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot, depending on the type of deactivated service you want to locate.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Filter.

  4. Click Status.

  5. Select the Inactive Services option.

    • To view both inactive and active services, select the All Services option.

  6. Click Apply.
