Upload data to your Auty-mation

When you enable Finance and connect your QuickBooks account to WellnessLiving, your Auty-mation is automatically set up to sync your All Sales Report. If you need to upload historical data or data that isn’t recorded in your WellnessLiving account, you can manually upload this data into your Auty-mation.

Key tips

  • You’ll need to subscribe to the Finance feature before using Auty-mation.

  • Only Excel or .csv files are supported.

  • Upload no more than one month of data at a time.

  • Manually uploading historical data for a month with its revenue already reported in QuickBooks will cause monthly revenue to be reported twice.

  • Remove colons (:) and semicolons (;) from your data before uploading. Replace them with a blank space or another symbol before uploading.

  • Column titles must match the Auty-mation table in the Review Data tab of the Auty History page. You may need to modify the columns of your exported report before uploading.

Manually upload data to your Auty-mation

To manually upload data to your Auty-mation:

  1. Export your All Sales Report as a CSV file, or prepare the data you want to upload as a CSV file.

  2. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Finance.

  3. On the Finance page, click View Dashboard.

  4. Click Auty-mations.

  5. In the Select a Business field, select the business ID of the business you want to upload data for.

  6. Click Upload.

  7. Click Select files and select the CSV file from step one.

  8. Click Upload. After the file has successfully uploaded, the Auty-mation automatically starts processing.
