When you integrate your WellnessLiving account with your QuickBooks Online account via Finance, you’ll receive a 30-day free trial to try out the integration and see whether it’s a good fit for your business. After 30 days, you’ll be charged USD $19 per month per location for the service.

Can anyone purchase QuickBooks Online via Finance?
Can anyone purchase QuickBooks Online via Finance?
Currently, only businesses based in the US can purchase QuickBooks Online via Finance. Businesses outside the US should purchase QuickBooks subscription through the QuickBooks official website or any other authorized QuickBooks provider. Finance only works with a QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced subscription plan.

You must have a QuickBooks Online account with an Essentials, Plus, or Advanced subscription plan to use Finance. Currently, WellnessLiving doesn’t provide any QuickBooks subscription plans. For more information about QuickBooks Online subscription plans, see Plans & Pricing on the QuickBooks Online website.
If you don’t have a QuickBooks account, you can sign up for an account through the QuickBooks official website or any other authorized QuickBooks provider. Businesses in the US can also purchase and set up their QuickBooks Online account while signing up for Finance through Autymate.

I have a QuickBooks Online account, or I have just purchased one. What should be my next step?
After purchasing a QuickBooks Online account, but before enabling integration with WellnessLiving, you need to sign in to your QuickBooks account and create a bank chart of accounts to which all credit card and bank transactions in your WellnessLiving account will be mapped. For this, the Account Type should be set to Bank and the Detail Type should be set to Chequing or Savings. For more information, please contact WellnessLiving Support.
Can I use Finance with my QuickBooks Desktop account?

No, Finance is only compatible with QuickBooks Online. To convert your QuickBooks Desktop account to QuickBooks Online, see Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online or Migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online with Intuit’s internal tool.
Why can’t I enable the Finance integration?
Why can’t I enable the Finance integration?
Only businesses in the United States or Canada can enable Finance with WellnessLiving. If you’re located outside these countries, the integration won’t be available.
Additionally, only staff members with the staff permission Configure Autymate settings enabled can enable QuickBooks integration. For more information, see Staff role permissions.
How is Finance transferring my data to QuickBooks Online?
How is Finance transferring my data to QuickBooks Online?
When you enable Finance and connect your QuickBooks Online account to Wellnessliving, two Auty-mations will be automatically created. These Auty-mations will sync daily with your All Sales Report and transfer relevant transactions for the day from your All Sales Report to your QuickBooks Online account.
The WL All Sales Report to QuickBooks Deposits (Net Sales) Auty-mation syncs all integrated transactions (such as virtual terminal, card swiper, or ACH) and non-integrated transactions (such as cash, cheques, or pin pad) from the All Sales Report into two deposits in QuickBooks. In QuickBooks, non-integrated deposits are linked to an account called Auty Cash and Check Clearing Account and integrated deposits are linked to the chart of account you chose during Finance setup. Sales tax isn’t included in these deposits.
The WL All Sales Report to QuickBooks Deposits (Total Taxes) Auty-mation syncs the total amount of sales tax for the day for each integrated (such as virtual terminal, card wiper, or ACH) and non-integrated (such as cash, cheques, or pin pad) from the All Sales Report into two deposits in QuickBooks. The sales tax for non-integrated deposits and integrated deposits will be linked to the same chart of accounts as above. The tax for each transaction for the day will also be linked to the chart of accounts called Sales Tax Payable.
Can I upload my transactions on QuickBooks Online through Finance?
Can I upload my transactions on QuickBooks Online through Finance?
You can manually upload historical data or data that isn’t recorded in WellnessLiving to your Auty-mation. However, you can only upload files that are .CSV or Excel. All other file types will fail to upload.
Your upload may also fail if the .CSV file or Excel file headings don’t match headings as the Auty-mation Summary page.
How frequently does the Auty-mation sync the data from my All Sales Report to QuickBooks?
How frequently does the Auty-mation sync the data from my All Sales Report to QuickBooks?
The two Auty-mations, WL All Sales Report to QuickBooks Deposits (Net Sales) and WL All Sales Report to QuickBooks Deposits (Total Taxes), run at two specific times a day.
At 2:40 a.m. CT, both Auty-mations run to ensure that all transactions generated since subscribing to Finance are synced and transferred to QuickBooks Online. If the system finds any missing files at this time, they’ll be automatically transferred to QuickBooks Online.
At 8:40 a.m. CT, both Auty-mations run to ensure all transactions generated in the previous day are synced and transferred to QuickBooks. If the system finds any missing files at this time, they’ll be automatically transferred to QuickBooks Online.
Why isn’t there a processed Auty-mation for the previous day?
Why isn’t there a processed Auty-mation for the previous day?
The Auty-mation only syncs the transaction data from the previous day. For example, if today is October 21st, 2022, you’ll only be able to see imported data from October 20th, 2022. If your business didn’t make any transactions on the previous day, you won’t have a processed transaction for that day.
