Finance is a U.S. & Canada exclusive integration feature that allows you to streamline your finance tasks by integrating your WellnessLiving business with QuickBooks, a business accounting software.
WellnessLiving offers Finance at $19 USD per location per month, or a 30-day free trial to see if Finance is right for your business.
What you can do with Finance
Finance is powered by Autymate – a powerful tool that allows you to automate and manage your finance tasks through your QuickBooks Online account through a process called “auty-mations.” Some examples include:
Sync your All Sales Report to QuickBooks – Daily auty-mations sync your All Sales Report directly to QuickBooks daily. This avoids manual data entry into QuickBooks, saving time and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
Reviewing your records – With Finance enabled, you can do more than just sync your data. You also can easily review and manage your finance records all in one place.
Getting started with Finance
Before you can get started with Finance, follow these steps:
Prep your QuickBooks Online account – To use Finance, you’ll need a QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced subscription plan.
Enable Finance in your business – Start your Finance subscription to connect your QuickBooks Online account to your WellnessLiving business. For more information, see Enabling Finance.
Start setting up workflows and Auty-mations – Once Finance is enabled, you’ll be able to start
