To promote your business and services, you can offer any of your appointment types to clients for free.
Offer a free appointment
To offer a free appointment:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Appointments.Create a new appointment type or modify an existing one.
Under Price, select Clients can purchase individual sessions.
Under Service Cost, select Free.
Note: To prevent clients from booking this service for free, disable online booking so that only staff members can book this service.
