To stop clients from using a discount code, you can deactivate it temporarily or delete it permanently.
Deactivate a discount code
To deactivate a discount code:
Click the App Drawer button
 then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Discount Codes.Select a discount code.
Set the Activate Discount option to OFF.
Click Save Changes.
Reactivate a discount code
To reactivate a discount code:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Discount Codes.On the Discount Codes page, click Filter.
Under Status, select Inactive Discount Codes.
Click Apply. The deactivated discount codes are displayed.
Set the Activate Discount option to ON.
Click Save Changes.
Delete a discount code
To permanently delete a discount code:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Discount Codes.Select a discount code.
Click Delete.
