Staff and/or client notifications can be enabled and disabled individually in the advanced settings for your services.
Enable or disable staff notifications per service
To enable or disable staff notifications per service:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Services.
On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot depending on the type of service you want to modify.
Select a service.
Under Advanced Settings, scroll to the Notifications heading.
To enable client notifications, click Enable client notifications.
To disable client notifications, click Disable client notifications.
To enable staff notifications, click Enable staff notifications.
To disable staff notifications, click Disable staff notifications.
Click Save.
