Staff and/or client notifications can be enabled and disabled individually in the advanced settings for your services.

Enable or disable staff notifications per service

To enable or disable staff notifications per service:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Services.

  2. On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot depending on the type of service you want to modify.

  3. Select a service.

  4. Under Advanced Settings, scroll to the Notifications heading.

    • To enable client notifications, click Enable client notifications.

    • To disable client notifications, click Disable client notifications.

    • To enable staff notifications, click Enable staff notifications.

    • To disable staff notifications, click Disable staff notifications.

  5. Click Save.
