Allow clients to book as guests

Booking as a guest allows new or returning clients to book your services through widgets without signing in. This creates a faster, more frictionless experience, perfect for first-time visitors, or clients who don’t want to go through full registration before booking.

When Allow clients to book as a guest is enabled in your business settings, new clients can book services through your widgets as guests and will be required to fill in your specified details (like name, email, and phone number) to ensure you collect the client information you need.

Why use guest booking?

  • Attract new clients — Perfect for intro offers, first-time bookings, and trial promotions.

  • Capture essential data — Configure required fields so you can still follow up with leads.

Allow clients to book as guests

To allow clients to book as guests:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Business > Business Policies.

  2. Under Booking, set Allow clients to book as a guest to ON.

    • (Optional) In Client Fields settings, select which fields must be filled out before a guest can complete booking.

  3. Click Save.
