Assets can be booked separately from a service, or reserved as part of a scheduled class, appointment, or event. From the widget, clients have the liberty of selecting the asset type, date, and any relevant add-ons they would like.

Getting started with Book-a-Spot Widget

Before you can get started with using the Book-a-Spot Widget on your website, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

  1. Set up your Book-a-Spot Assets in WellnessLiving.

Key tips

Locations

  • You can configure the widget to display assets for all your locations or only the assets for a specific location.

Signing in

  • Clients must be signed in to WellnessLiving to book assets from the widget. New clients who sign up through the widget must create a client profile and agree to the necessary terms and conditions before they can book an asset.

  • Staff members that are signed in to their WellnessLiving account will need to use a different browser or an incognito window in order to use the Appointment Widget to book a client.

Billing

  • If your business has the Require clients to add a credit card to their profile to book services option set to ON in the store settings, new clients who don’t have their billing information saved to their client profile will be prompted to save their information before completing the booking.
