You can add virtual instructions or promotional content available for your clients online by uploading your virtual session recordings to FitVID on Demand. After a video is uploaded, you can modify, save, or delete the video as desired.

Clients can watch the uploaded video through the Watch Video tab on the Client Portal and Achieve Client App.

Key tips before you begin

  • You can't upload a video to FitVID on Demand through the Elevate Staff App.

  • You can only upload a video as a .mov or .mp4 file.

  • It is recommended that you upload your videos in 1920×1080 resolution for best compatibility and quality. Videos with lower resolutions may not fit the screen on all devices.

  • The maximum upload size of the video is dependent on your FitVID on Demand subscription plan. We recommend that you optimize your video before uploading it. This allows you to generate a smaller video file and avoids you going over the upload size limit.

  • You can check the total number of videos uploaded, the video limit per location and the total amount of storage used on the Subscription Plan page.

    • Videos Uploaded represents the total number of published and unpublished videos across all locations.

    • Video Limit represents the maximum number of videos that a business can upload for each location.

    • Total Uploaded represents the total amount of video storage used.

  • When you delete a video, views and metrics for that video will no longer be available in the FitVID Metrics Summary Report or the FitVID Metrics Detailed Report.

Upload or modify a video

  1. Click the App Drawer button , then click View All > FitVid. You will be brought to the Videos page.

  2. On the Videos page:

    1. To upload a new video, click Upload Video.

    2. To modify an existing video, click one of the videos in the list that you want to modify. To browse your available videos, use the Search option.

  3. If modifying, enter or change the details and settings of the video. For more information, see Video general information settings. Ensure that an appropriate Video Category is selected.

  4. Click Save.

Save a video to your computer

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > FitVid. You will be brought to the Videos page.

  2. On the Videos page, click the video you want to save, you will be brought to the Change Video page for that video. To browse your available videos, use the Search option.

  3. Under Change Video, right-click the center of the video and select Save video as…

  4. In the confirmation popup, select the folder where you want the video to be saved, enter the file name, and click Save.

Delete a video

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > FitVid. You will be brought to the Videos page.

  2. On the Videos page, click the video you want to delete, you will be brought to the Change Video page for that video. To browse your available videos, use the Search option.

  3. In the Change Video page, click the Delete Video button found at the top right.

  4. Review the message in the warning confirmation popup and click OK. The video is now deleted from the WellnessLiving system.
