Understanding SOAP or QUICK notes
You can use SOAP and QUICK notes to take notes on your clients, their needs, or their experiences in relation to your services.
SOAP notes are commonly used by healthcare providers, and they focus on using the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan format (SOAP). The SOAP notes page reflects these areas in separate fields.
QUICK notes are a simpler style of note-taking where you record notes in a general notes section.
Getting started with SOAP or QUICK notes
Enable SOAP or QUICK notes – When creating or modifying a service, enable SOAP or QUICK notes.
Start taking notes – Once everything is set up, you can add notes about your clients for the service they have booked or attended.

Only staff members can view SOAP and QUICK notes.
Only staff members assigned to a staff role with the View notes and Edit notes permissions can view, create, modify, and delete SOAP or QUICK notes. For more information, see Staff role permissions.
