To access Notes on a client's profile, click the Search button in the Top Nav Bar, enter the client’s information, select the client’s name, and then navigate to the Overview page to find the Notes section.
Understanding note and flags
Notes are essential tools for communicating important information about a client. You can add notes to a client’s profile and control visibility, choosing whether a note is accessible to only you, all staff members, or both staff and the client. There is no limit to the number of notes you can add to a client’s profile.
What you can do with notes
When adding a note, you can also include a flag to prevent the client from booking services at specific locations and once the issue is resolved, you can easily remove the flag from the client’s profile. This feature helps manage issues related to the client’s account status or behavior. Each note added to a client’s profile is automatically timestamped with the date and time, along with the staff member’s name who created it. If a note is modified, the details of the last modification will appear in orange, and a hover feature will display the original date and staff member.

Key Tips
Keep in mind that notes are specific to the client, whereas SOAP and QUICK notes are specific to the client’s needs and experiences about a specific service.
If a staff member signs in to their client profile, they’ll be able to view notes in their own profile that are visible to all staff members.
