To access a staff member’s pay rates, click the App Drawer , then click View All > Setup > Staff > Staff Members > Select the staff member > Pay rates.
Understanding pay rates
Pay rates allow you to use WellnessLiving to track the pay your staff members receive when they sell items in the store, take part in offering a service, or are simply paid by the hour at one of your locations.
The pay rates you set for your staff members will affect reports, such as the Payroll Summary Report and Payroll Details Report.
What you can do with pay rates
WellnessLiving offers several different types of pay rates with dynamic customization options. Here are some of the ways you can use pay rates most effectively:
Create commission rates that incentivize your staff members to sell your products and services.
Set up bonuses for staff members who reach certain thresholds, such as a certain number of clients attending a session.
Customize pay rates based on client attendance and cancellations.
Create hourly rates that are automatically tracked based on the time clock.
Copy pay rates from one staff member to another, making setup even faster.
Getting started with pay rates
Before you can start automating your staff members’ pay, you must first set their pay rates up by completing the following steps:
Set up your staff members – If you haven’t already, you must first add your staff members to WellnessLiving.
Set up pay rates for each staff member – After adding your staff members to WellnessLiving, you can begin adding pay rates to each staff member’s profile.
Track your payroll – Once your pay rates are set up, your payroll is automatically calculated for you in the background and can be tracked from your Payroll Summary Report and Payroll Details Report.
