Understanding the dashboard

The dashboard feature allows you to create customizable dashboards which can contain any WellnessLiving report so your staff members can have all the information they need displayed at once.

Key features of the dashboard

You can customize your dashboard to include the tools and reports you want to quickly see every day. By default, the dashboard includes the following tools:

  • Isaac Churn Risk – Displays a simplified version of the Isaac Churn Risk Report, which uses machine learning to predict client attrition with 87% accuracy, allowing you to proactively manage your client retention efforts. From the dashboard, you can see the total number of clients who are likely to churn next month, represented as a whole or broken down by their client types.

    • To view detailed information about these clients, click VIEW REPORT or the number displayed to navigate to the Isaac Churn Risk Report.

    • The Isaac Churn Risk Report can be added to the dashboard and viewed by any staff members with the Dashboard Access permission enabled. For more information, see Staff role permissions.

  • Key Metrics – Displays a simplified version of all the most important statistics within your business. This includes your total sales, booking requests, recurring membership payments, new leads, and more. You can click the number displayed for each key metric to navigate to the corresponding report.

  • Booking Requests Report – Displays all the booking requests for appointments and Book-a-Spot assets on the selected day. You can use this report to accept or deny booking requests.

  • Daily Tracker Report – Displays details for the services scheduled at your business on the selected day. This report can be used to assess current, future, or past daily activity at your business, and to take actions related to those services.

Key tips

  • Dashboard limitations

    • There's no limit to the number of dashboards you can make. The Dashboards page is the first screen staff members see when they log into their WellnessLiving account.

  • Staff role permissions

    • Staff members with the Share Dashboards permission can share any dashboard with other staff members. Shared dashboards automatically appear on the list of dashboards for all staff members with whom they were shared. For more information, see Staff role permissions.

    • Staff members can only view reports if they have access permissions to those reports. For example, if a staff member doesn't have the Attendance report access permission, they won't be able to view any attendance reports on a dashboard. For more information, see Staff role permissions.
