Understanding QUICK Buy

QUICK Buy is a tool your staff members can use to sell products to clients directly from the schedule. When a client drops in or checks in to a service that a QUICK Buy product is associated with, a staff member can sell that product to the client in just a few quick clicks.

Getting started with QUICK Buy

Before you can start using QUICK Buy to sell your products to clients, you must first complete the following steps:

  1. Enable QUICK Buy for your products and services – First, you must enable QUICK Buy for the products you want staff members to be able to quickly sell.

  2. Sell QUICK Buy products to your clients – Once QUICK Buy is enabled for the products and services you want, your staff members can begin selling the products to clients who drop in or check in to a service.

Key tips

  • QUICK Buy for clients

    • Products can only be sold using QUICK Buy by staff members. If a client wants to purchase a product that is available for QUICK Buy, they must purchase the product separately from your store using the Client Web App or Achieve Client App.
