The Legal business name under my business’s general information doesn’t match the name displayed in the Top Nav Bar. Why is the name in the Top Nav Bar different?

If your business has multiple locations, the name displayed in the Top Nav Bar is the name of the signed-in staff member’s home location, not the legal business name.
If you want to change the name displayed in the Top Nav Bar, you must update the name of your home location. For more information, see Adding or modifying a location.
