What does the error message “Your session has timed out” mean?
Updated over a week ago

The error message Your session has timed out will appear when a user is automatically signed out of WellnessLiving after a set period of inactivity. This is called a session timeout. The user is returned to the sign-in page after their session times out unless their device is offline when the timeout occurs. When a timed-out user tries to use the system, an error is displayed. The user must sign in to their account to continue using the system.

A session timeout can also occur in the Self Check-In Web App or Attendance Web App when the connection to the browser session changes or is lost. This may occur when the IP address is changed, a VPN service is in use, or the browser receives or requires an automatic update. In this situation, we recommend relaunching the browser session.
