I keep getting this error message that says, "Your session has timed out." What is this and how can I resolve it?

You'll see the "Your session has timed out" message if you've been inactive on WellnessLiving for a while—this is called a session timeout. When that happens, you'll be signed out and sent back to the login page (unless you're offline at the time). To keep using the system, just sign in again.
Session timeouts can also happen on the Self Check-In or Attendance Kiosk if the browser session is interrupted—like if your IP address changes, you're using a VPN, or if your browser updates. If that happens, just relaunch the browser to get back on track.
