Chat Support - For the quickest response, please start a chat with us!
To start a chat with us, sign into WellnessLiving, click on the Messenger Icon in the bottom left corner and click “Send us a message.”
From here, you will be able to ask questions and our AI agent, Isaac will provide answers sourced from our Knowledge Base.
Please note: If you don't receive the answer you were looking for from Isaac AI, feel free to send additional messages, provide more details, and/or ask different questions. Isaac AI will continue to respond to each message that you send.
If you would like to speak with a member of the Customer Solutions team via chat, simply click “Talk to a Person” under Isaac AI’s answer.
Your questions will help us improve our Knowledge Base resources and Isaac AI, enabling us to assist you and other customers with similar questions or concerns more efficiently over time.

To access phone support moving forward, please call us from your WellnessLiving staff profile cell phone number or your WellnessLiving location phone number.
Should you prefer to reach out using an alternative email address or phone number, please do one of the following:
Update the email or cell phone number associated with your current WellnessLiving staff profile.
Create an additional staff profile using the new contact details and ensure to log in to this new profile before contacting support via email or phone.

We will only be able to assist those who contact us using a verified email address or phone number associated with your business to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access.
We will only be able to respond to email communication that we have received from WellnessLiving Staff Profile email addresses.
We will only be able to accept phone calls from your WellnessLiving staff profile cell phone number or your WellnessLiving location phone number.

We are upgrading our phone system to help you get in touch with the most suitable support specialist easier and faster.
As of July 2, 2024, when calling from your WellnessLiving staff profile cell phone number or your WellnessLiving location phone number, you will be able to get in touch with a support specialist.
If a specialist is not immediately available to answer your call, you will now have the option to switch to chat, request a callback, or leave a voicemail.

In cases where an agent is unavailable to immediately take your call, you will have the opportunity to opt for receiving a text message link. This link will enable you to initiate a chat conversation with support, offering an alternative to waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail message.
Please note: to switch to chat, the phone number you are calling from must be able to receive text messages.
When this option is selected, the call will end and you will receive a text message with a link to click.
By clicking on the provided link, you will be directed straight to the chat interface where you can seamlessly continue the conversation with us.
