To start a chat with us, sign into WellnessLiving, click on the Messenger Icon in the bottom left corner and click “Send us a message.”

From here, you will be able to ask questions and our AI agent, Fin will provide answers sourced from our Knowledge Base.

Please note: If you don't receive the answer you were looking for from Fin, feel free to send additional messages, provide more details, and/or ask different questions. Fin will continue to respond to each message that you send.

If you would like to speak with a member of the Customer Solutions team via chat, simply click “Talk to a Person” under Fin’s answer.

Create a new Staff Profile with the email, and then log into that new Staff Profile.

Edit your current email address on your WellnessLiving Staff Profile.

We are upgrading our phone system to help you get in touch with the most suitable support specialist easier and faster.

As of July 2, 2024, when calling from your WellnessLiving staff profile cell phone number or your WellnessLiving location phone number, you will be able to get in touch with a support specialist.

If a specialist is not immediately available to answer your call, you will now have the option to switch to chat, request a callback, or leave a voicemail.

In cases where an agent is unavailable to immediately take your call, you will have the opportunity to opt for receiving a text message link. This link will enable you to initiate a chat conversation with support, offering an alternative to waiting on hold or leaving a voicemail message.

Please note: to switch to chat, the phone number you are calling from must be able to receive text messages.

When this option is selected, the call will end and you will receive a text message with a link to click.

By clicking on the provided link, you will be directed straight to the chat interface where you can seamlessly continue the conversation with us.
