With WellnessLiving’s automated marketing suite, you can create captivating email templates that effortlessly reach potential clients, current clients, and clients who may be considering cancelation.
Examples:
Is a client’s membership about to expire? Send them a motivational message to encourage renewal.

Our built-in communication options empower you to send emails, SMS messages, and push notifications directly from the Staff Back Office. The Message Center add-on even enables two-way SMS conversation to increase engagement.

Key tips
Push notifications
Be aware that some automated marketing campaigns may not support push notifications. Check out Automated Marketing Campaign Types for details.
Enabling campaigns
Many automated marketing campaigns are initially disabled; customize them to suit your needs before enabling.
Do not disturb
Take control of your communication timing by setting up Do Not Disturb periods for automated notifications.
Notification preferences
Clients can select which types of notifications they want to receive on their account. Staff members can also change these settings per client. Be aware that operational notifications, such as registration or billing reminders, are required and can’t be disabled.
