Movements are one of the types of exercises that make up a FitBUILDER workout. Movements are generally made up of a single motion or a brief series of motions and are divided into movement categories. To create a series of exercises without rest, we recommend using circuits instead.
Note: You must be subscribed to FitBUILDER to access movements.
Create a movement
To create a movement, complete the following:
- Click the App Drawer  then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements. then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements.
- Next to the category you want to add the movement to, click Add Movement. 
- Enter a Name for the movement. 
- Ensure the correct Movement Category is selected. 
- Enter a Description for the movement. 
- Select an Movement Type. 
- Enter Tags to make it easier to search for the movement. 
- Add Media to the movement: - Add an image by selecting Upload an Image, then dragging-and-dropping the file or clicking to upload the file from your computer. 
- Add a video from your FitVID library by selecting Select Video from FitVID, then choosing the video from the list. You must be subscribed to FitVID On Demand to access this option. 
- Add a YouTube video by selecting Link YouTube Video, then pasting the link into the textbox. 
 
- Click Save. 
Modify a movement
To modify a movement, complete the following:
- Click the App Drawer  then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements. then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements.
- Find the exercise in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category. 
- Click the Action button  next to the exercise, then click Edit. next to the exercise, then click Edit.
- Make your desired changes. 
- Click Save. 
Duplicate a movement
To duplicate a movement, complete the following:
- Click the App Drawer  then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements. then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements.
- Find the movement in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category. 
- Click the Action button  next to the movement, then click Duplicate. next to the movement, then click Duplicate.
Delete a movement
To delete a movement, complete the following:
- Click the App Drawer  then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements. then click View All > FitBUILDER > Movements.
- Find the movement in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category. 
- Click the Action button  next to the movement, then click Delete. next to the movement, then click Delete.
- In the confirmation popup, click Delete.
