Circuits are one of the types of exercises that make up FitBUILDER workouts. A circuit is a series of exercises that must be completed without rest and are divided into benchmark categories. To create a single motion or brief series of motions, we recommend using movements instead.
Note: You must be subscribed to FitBUILDER to access circuits.
Create a circuit
To create a circuit, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Circuits & Benchmark Categories.
Next to the category you want to add the exercise to, click Add Circuit.
Enter a Name for the circuit.
Ensure the correct Benchmark Category is selected.
Enter a Description for the circuit.
Enter Tags to make it easier to search for the circuit.
Add Media to the circuit:
Add an image by selecting Upload an Image, then dragging-and-dropping the file or clicking to upload the file from your computer.
Add a video from your FitVID library by selecting Select Video from FitVID, then choosing the video from the list. You must be subscribed to FitVID On Demand to access this option.
Add a YouTube video by selecting Link YouTube Video, then pasting the link into the textbox.
Modify a circuit
To modify a circuit, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Circuits & Benchmark Categories.
Find the circuit in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category.
Click the Action button next to the circuit, then click Edit.
Make your desired changes.
Click Save.
Duplicate a circuit
To duplicate a circuit, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Circuits & Benchmark Categories.
Find the circuit in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category.
Click the Action button next to the circuit, then click Duplicate.
Delete a circuit
To delete a circuit, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Circuits & Benchmark Categories.
Find the circuit in the list by searching, filtering, and expanding the relevant category.
Click the Action button next to the circuit, then click Delete.
In the confirmation popup, click Delete.
