In FitBUILDER, workouts are a combination of movements and circuits that clients can complete and log to measure their progress and performance. Each workout you create can be assigned as the workout of the day (WOD) and displayed on your whiteboard.

Note: You must be subscribed to FitBUILDER to access workouts.

Create a workout

To create a workout in FitBUILDER, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Workout library.

  2. Click Build Workout.

  3. Enter a Workout Name and any Tags to make searching for the workout easier.

  4. Under SECTION DETAILS:

    1. Enter a Name (ex. Warmup) and Description for the section.

    2. Select the Movements and circuits clients should perform during the section. You can select multiple movements or circuits as needed.

  5. Under SETS & SCORING:

    1. Under Number of sets, enter the number and the type of sets that clients should perform for the section.

    2. Adjust the Advanced scoring options to determine how scores for this section should be calculated.

      • If Not Scored is selected under Number of Sets, these options will be hidden.

  6. Under TIMER DETAILS:

    1. Select Sync timer to sets to automatically reset the timer based on the Number of sets.

    2. Select the type of Timer to run for this section.

  7. Under ADDITIONAL DETAILS, add notes for Required Equipment, Coach’s notes, or Athlete’s notes.

  8. Click Add Section on the left and repeat steps 4 - 7 for each section of the workout.

  9. Then click Build Workout.

Modify a workout

To modify a workout in FitBUILDER, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Workout library.

  2. Find the workout by searching or filtering the list.

  3. Click the Action button next to the workout, then click Edit. If the workout is already scheduled as a workout of the day, confirm that you want to edit all future workouts by clicking Edit Workout.

  4. Make your desired changes.

  5. Click Build Workout.

Duplicate a workout

To duplicate a workout in FitBUILDER, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Workout library.

  2. Find the workout by searching or filtering the list.

  3. Click the Action button next to the workout, then click Duplicate.

Delete a workout

To delete a workout in FitBUILDER, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Workout library.

  2. Find the workout by searching or filtering the list.

  3. Click the Action button next to the workout, then click Delete.

  4. In the confirmation popup, click Delete.
