Each FitBUILDER workout is divided into sections, such as a warmup, workout, and cooldown. Each section of the workout requires a timer to specify how long clients have to complete it. To save time when building workouts, you can create workout timers that can be reused again and again.
Note: You must be subscribed to FitBUILDER to access workout timers.
Add a workout timer
To add a workout timer, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Settings > Timer.
Click Add New Timer.
Enter a Name for the timer.
Determine whether you want the timer to Count up from or Count down to zero.
Enter the number of second the Initial Countdown should be displayed before the workout begins.
Under Intervals, enter the number of Min and Sec the interval should last, then select whether the Type of interval is Workout or Rest.
Click the Add button, then repeat step 6 for each interval. Click the Remove button to delete any unwanted intervals.
Click Save.
Modify a workout timer
To modify a workout timer, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Settings > Timer.
Find the timer in the list, then click the Action button next to it and click Edit.
Make your desired changes.
Click Save.
Delete a workout timer
To delete a workout timer, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Settings > Timer.
Find the timer in the list, then click the Action button next to it and click Delete.
In the confirmation popup, click Delete.
