BUSINESS LOGO

Under BUSINESS LOGO, set the business logo that appears on your Self Check-In Web App by clicking the image placeholder or the currently selected image to upload a new image. When uploading an image, keep the following in mind:

  • Use a .png image with a transparent background for best results.

  • The minimum resolution is 220 × 100 pixels.

  • The maximum resolution is 1024 × 465 pixels.

  • The maximum file size is 20 MB.

Display the business name

To determine whether the name of the business is displayed on your Self Check-In Web App, set this option to ON or OFF. When this option is set to ON, you must enter the name of the business under Business Name.

CHECK-IN POLICIES

Allow clients to check in up to [number] minutes after the session has started

To allow clients to check themselves into sessions that have already started, set this option to ON and set the maximum number of minutes a client can check in after a session has begun.

Allow clients to check in unpaid

To allow clients to check themselves into sessions that haven’t been paid for yet, set this option to ON.

To allow clients to reconcile unpaid visits automatically after checking in, set Reconcile unpaid visits automatically upon checking in to ON. This option will only appear if Allow clients to check in unpaid is set to ON.

Allow clients to check in to a session they haven’t booked

To allow clients to check themselves in to sessions that have not been booked ahead of time, set this option to ON.

Allow automatic client self check-in to occur up to [number] [duration] before a session begins

To allow clients to be automatically checked in to sessions via the Self Check-in Web App, set this option to ON and set the amount of time before a session starts where clients can be checked in.

CHECK-IN METHODS

Allow clients to check in with client ID

To allow clients to check in to sessions using their client ID, barcode, or key tag, set this option to ON. To allow clients to check in with a barcode or key tag, you must have a barcode scanner attached to the device on which the Self Check-In Web App is open.

Allow clients to check in with email

To allow clients to check in to sessions using the email address associated with their client profile, set this option to ON.

To also require clients to enter their password before checking in, set Require password to ON. This option will only appear if Allow clients to check in with email is set to ON.

Allow clients to check in with phone number

To allow clients to check in using the cell phone number associated with their client profile, set this option to ON.

TIMER SETTINGS

Setting

Description

Display confirmation screen for [number] seconds after clients check themselves in.

To display a confirmation screen after clients check themselves in, set this option to ON and select the number of seconds the screen should be displayed.

Display schedule page for [number] seconds before returning to the sign-in page

Determines the amount of time (up to 15 seconds) clients can stay signed in before they’re automatically signed out from the Self Check-In Web App. By default, the timer is set to five seconds.

Select the sound you want clients to hear when their self check-in is unsuccessful. You can test the different sounds by clicking the Play button on each sound.

Successful

Select the sound you want clients to hear when their self check-in is successful. You can test the different sounds by clicking the Play button on each sound.
