Check in with the Attendance Kiosk

As a client, you can use a business’s Attendance Kiosk or the Attendance Mode in the Check-In App to check yourself in to classes or events before a session begins. Once you’ve checked yourself in, you’re automatically marked as Attended on attendance lists and reports.

To give you access to this functionality, the business must have their self check-in policies enabled, and have the kiosk or app available for your use at a dedicated terminal or on a tablet. The Check-In App must be set to Attendance mode as well. For information about using the app in Check-in mode, see Check in with the Self Check-In Kiosk or Check-In App.

Check in with the Attendance Kiosk or Attendance mode in the Check-In App

To check in with the Attendance Kiosk or Attendance mode in the Check-In App, complete the following:

  1. Click or tap the left or right arrow to go to the date when the class or event is scheduled. The current day is displayed by default.

  2. Under the class or event you want to check in to, click or tap Attendance List.

  3. Find your name in the attendance list and click or tap Check In.

    • If you haven’t booked yet and the business allows drop-ins, click or tap Add Yourself at the bottom of the page. Enter your name in the search box and click or tap Check In next to your name.

    • If you accidentally checked yourself in to a service, click or tap Undo beside your name. You will remain booked for the service and have the option to check in again at a later time.
