You can create or modify gift cards for services and products to be sold directly through your store. Unlike packages, gift cards with set services and products can be gifted to whomever the client wants.
Create a new gift card with set services and products
To create a new gift card with set services and products, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Gift Cards.On the Gift Cards page, click Create Gift Card with Set Services and Products.
Under Gift Card Title, enter the name of the gift card.
Under Message to Recipient, enter the default message for the gift card recipient. You can edit this message in the store when purchasing the gift card.
Under Gift Card Images, upload, replace, or remove an image that’ll be available for the gift card, if required.
To upload a new image:
Click the Add a new image button
Drag and drop an image or click the link in the window to browse your files.
The minimum image resolution for a gift card is 200×122 pixels and the maximum file size is 20 MB.
Uploading a new gift card image can replace the default image for all gift cards in your store. Repeat the image upload process to set the correct image for clients browsing your store.
Use the editing tools to adjust how the image will be displayed:
Move or resize the blue box on the image to choose which part of the image will be used.
Click the Rotate button
to rotate the image.Click Cancel to close the window without saving.
Click Save to your changes.
To remove an existing image:
Click the image.
Click Delete.
In the confirmation popup, click Remove.
Under Included Items, use the dropdown menu to search for and select any number of items that the discount code can be applied to.
If required, under Store Category, select the categories this gift card should be listed under in your store, or click Add Category to add a new one.
Enter or change the gift card’s Advanced Settings.
On the top right of the page, set the Activate Gift Card option to ON to make the gift card available to clients and staff.
Click Save.
Modify an existing gift card with set services and products
To modify an existing gift card with set services and products, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Gift Cards.Click the gift card you want to modify.
Gift cards with set services and products are outlined in orange.
You can use the Search option or apply filters to the list to easily find the gift card you’re looking for.
Make any required modifications to the gift card’s general settings and advanced settings.
On the top right of the page, set the Activate Gift Card option to ON to make the gift card available to clients and staff.
Click Save.
