You can add, modify, or delete a note about a client from their profile. You can use notes to document special information about a client and share that information with the client or other staff members.
By adding a flag to a note, you can restrict the client from booking services at the selected location(s). Staff members can still book services on the client’s behalf but will receive a warning during the booking process.
You can also choose whether to display the note’s content when hovering over the Alert icon .
Note: When a note is added to a client profile, it is automatically timestamped with the date, time, and staff member's name. If the note is modified, the last modified by staff name, date, and time will be shown in orange, with a hover feature for the original added date and staff member.
Add a note from a client’s profile
To add a note from a client’s profile, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box.
In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
On the Overview page, under Notes, click Add note.
To flag a client from booking any services, set the Add flag option to ON and then select the location where you want the restriction to apply.
Under Visible to, choose who can view the note. Your options are: My eyes only, Staff only, or Staff and client.
To display the note’s content when hovering on the note icon, set the Display note when hovering over the note icon or appointment on the schedule option to ON. The note icon can be found in areas in the WellnessLiving software where the client’s profile information is displayed, such as reports, attendance lists, and more.
Under Note content, enter the information for the note about the client. You can adjust the font styles and add links in the note using the provided text editor.
Click Save
Modify a note from a client’s profile
To modify a note from a client’s profile, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box.
In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
On the Overview page, under Notes, find the note that you want to modify.
Click the Edit button.
Make your changes to the note’s settings.
Click Save.
Delete a note from a client’s profile
To delete a note from a client’s profile, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box.
In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
On the Overview page, under Notes, find the note that you want to delete.
Click the Delete button.
In the Delete note popup, click Delete.
