As a staff member, you can switch to client view to access the client portal from the perspective of a client. This allows you to use your staff account as a client would to book services, purchase items, or simply review changes made within WellnessLiving. When finished, you can switch back to staff view.
Note: After you switch to client view or staff view, if you click the back button in the browser, it will cause an error. You must follow the procedures below to switch to the required view.
Switch to client view
To switch to client view, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, in the top right, click your user icon.
On the menu, click Switch to Client View.
Switch to staff view
To switch to staff view, complete the following:
In the top right corner of the window, click your user icon.
In the menu, click Switch to Staff View.
