You can modify the details on a client’s profile, such as their name, email address, physical address, phone number, etc.

The Manage client profiles staff role permission is required to modify a client’s profile details.
Desktop - Staff Back Office
To modify a client’s profile details on the Staff Back Office, follow these steps:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button and enter the client’s information in the box.
Click the client’s name in the search results.
Click Profile Details in the side menu.
Modify any of the client’s modifiable client profile details.
Click Save.
Changes may take up to five minutes to appear across WellnessLiving.
Mobile - Elevate Staff App
To modify a client’s profile details on the Elevate Staff App, follow these steps:
Tap the Clients tab.
Type the client's information in the search box.
Tap the client's name in the search results.
Tap any field you want to change and then enter the new information.
Changes may take up to five minutes to appear across WellnessLiving.
