Summary cards in the Client Analysis Report

The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary card

Description

Clients

The total number of clients that visited your business during the selected date range.

Avg Visits Per Client

The total number of client visits compared to the total number of clients during the selected date range.

Attended

The total number of clients who attended services during the selected date range.

Booked

The total number of clients with booked services during the selected date range.

After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked service has passed, it will move to either the Late Cancels, No Shows, or Attended summary card.

Late Cancels

The total number of clients marked as a late cancel during the selected date range.

No Shows

The total number of clients marked as a no-show during the selected date range. No-shows are clients who missed a service without cancelling it.

Lifetime Visits

The total number of client visits for all services across your business’s lifetime. This number only includes client visits where the attendance record is marked as Attended.

Note: The total in this summary card always represents the total visits of all your clients. Applying filters to the report won’t change this number. To see the lifetime visits for an individual client, view that client’s attendance history.
