Average Attendance by Staff Report

To access the Average Attendance by Staff Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Staff > Average Attendance by Staff.

The Average Attendance by Staff Report is a staff report that displays staff members and the average number of clients who attended their services during the selected date range.

This report can be used to assess the popularity of your instructors and their services, and to manage communications with your staff members regarding attendance.

Services

The total number of services provided by staff members within a selected date range.

Attended

The total number of booked services attended by clients within a selected date range.

Avg Visits Per Service

The average number of visits made by clients for the services within a selected date range.

Headings in the Average Attendance by Staff Report

Description

Assigned To

The name and profile image of the staff member is listed in this column. Click the staff member’s name to view their staff profile.

Service Count

The number of services the staff member has scheduled during the selected date range.

Attended

The number of clients who have attended one of the staff member’s services during the selected date range.

Average

The average number of clients who attended the staff member’s services during the selected date range.
