Staff members with the Manage staff profiles staff role permission can set an employment end date for other staff members.
Note: This feature is only for record keeping purposes and doesn’t deactivate the staff member’s profile.
To set a staff member’s employment end date follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Staff > Staff Members.
Select the staff member. Use the Search or add filters to easily find them.
In the staff member’s profile, click the General tab.
At the bottom of the page, clear the Currently Employed checkbox.
Next to Employment End Date, select the staff member’s employment end date.
Click Save.
