When a client requests rewards points for a custom action, your staff members can approve or deny their requests from the leaderboard or the client’s profile.
Approve or deny a request for rewards points from the leaderboard
To approve or deny a request for rewards points from the leaderboard, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Rewards > Leaderboard.
Under Requested Points, approve or deny a client’s rewards points request:
Click Allow Points to approve the request.
Click Disallow Points to deny the request.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
Approve a request for rewards points from a client profile
To approve a request for rewards points from a client profile, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button enter the client’s information in the box, and select the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Rewards > Earn Points.
On the Earn Points page, click your desired custom category tab.
Next to the custom reward action, click Allow Points.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
