When a client requests rewards points for a custom action, your staff members can approve or deny their requests from the leaderboard or the client’s profile.

Approve or deny a request for rewards points from the leaderboard

To approve or deny a request for rewards points from the leaderboard, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Rewards > Leaderboard.

  2. Under Requested Points, approve or deny a client’s rewards points request:

    • Click Allow Points to approve the request.

    • Click Disallow Points to deny the request.

  3. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

Approve a request for rewards points from a client profile

To approve a request for rewards points from a client profile, complete the following:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button enter the client’s information in the box, and select the client’s name.

  2. On the side menu, click Rewards > Earn Points.

  3. On the Earn Points page, click your desired custom category tab.

  4. Next to the custom reward action, click Allow Points.

  5. In the confirmation popup, click OK.
