As a client, you can use the Client Portal or the Achieve Client App to view your total rewards points, view your place on the rewards leaderboard, earn rewards points, and redeem prizes.
From the Client Portal, you can also request rewards points for a custom reward, book a service using a reward, and assign rewards to the client who referred you to the business.
Staff members can also redeem prizes on behalf of clients.
Note: After you claim a prize on your client profile, inform a staff member about the redemption. They’ll then manually award that prize to you.
View your rewards points
Client Portal
To view your rewards points from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Rewards. Your rewards points are displayed under My points.
Achieve Client App
To view your rewards points from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
On the profile menu, tap Rewards. Your total rewards points are displayed.
View the rewards points leaderboard
Client Portal
To view the rewards points leaderboard from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Rewards. The leaderboard is displayed on the left of your screen.
Achieve Client App
To view the rewards points leaderboard from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
On the profile menu, tap Rewards.
On the Rewards page, tap All-Time Leaderboard.
Earn rewards points
Client Portal
To earn rewards points from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Rewards.
Click the Earn Points tab.
On the Earn Points page, use the menu at the top to filter different reward options, then click the button next to an available option to earn more points. For more information, see Types of rewards points.
Achieve Client App
To earn rewards points from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
On the profile menu, tap Rewards.
On the Rewards page, tap Earn Points.
On the Earn Points page, use the menu at the top to filter different reward options. Under PRIZE TYPE, select an option to earn more points. For more information, see Types of rewards points.
Redeem a prize
Client Portal
To redeem a prize from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Rewards.
Click the Redeem Prizes tab.
Alternatively, on the right side of the screen, under My Points, click Redeem.
Under the prize you want to redeem, click Redeem.
In the confirmation popup, click Redeem. The amount of rewards points equal to the cost of the prize are deducted from your total rewards points. If you redeemed a free or discounted service, that discount will be applied during the booking process.
Achieve Client App
To redeem a prize from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the My Profile tab.
On the profile menu, tap Rewards.
On the Rewards page, tap Redeem Prizes.
Tap Redeem under the prize you want to claim.
In the confirmation popup, tap OK. The amount of rewards points equal to the cost of the prize are deducted from your total rewards points. If you redeemed a free or discounted service, that discount will be applied during the booking process.
Request rewards points for a custom reward
Client Portal
To request rewards points for a custom reward from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Rewards.
Click the Earn Points tab.
Find the custom reward you want to request rewards points for. You may have to browse the list or use the category filters to find the custom reward.
Next to the custom reward, click Request Points.
Book a service with a prize
Client Portal
To book a service with a prize from the Client Portal, complete the following:
Begin booking an appointment, class, or event.
When choosing how to pay for the service, select the prize:
If you're booking an appointment:
Under Or redeem a prize, select your prize.
Continue to checkout.
If you're booking a class:
Under Redeem a Prize, select the prize you want to redeem for the class you are booking.
Click Book & Pay Now.
Click Complete booking.
If you're booking an event:
Under Redeem a Prize, select the prize you want to redeem for the class you are booking.
Click Book & Pay Now.
Click Complete booking.
Redeem a prize in the store
Client Portal
Note: If you don’t have a prize or enough rewards points to redeem a prize, these options won’t be available.
To redeem a prize in the store from the Client Portal, complete the following:
On the top menu, click Store.
Find the item you want to buy and click Add to Cart.
Select or redeem a prize to apply to the purchase.
If you already have a prize, click the My Prizes field and select the prize from the list.
If you want to redeem your rewards points for a prize, click the Available Rewards field and select a prize from the list.
Click Apply.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Select a payment method, if applicable, then click Complete.
Assign rewards points for a referral
Client Portal
To assign rewards points for a referral from the Client Portal, complete the following:
As the referred client, on the top menu, click My Profile.
Click the Edit Profile tab.
Under Referred by, enter the referring client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID. Click Search. The client is automatically added as your referrer.
