To access the Notification Count Report, click the App Drawer button 
then click View All > Reports > Marketing > Notification Count.
The Notification Count Report is a marketing report that displays a summary of the total number of emails, SMS messages, and postcards sent during the selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.
Summary cards in the Notification Count Report
Summary cards | Description |
Total Postcards | The total number of postcards sent during the selected date range. |
Total SMS | The total number of SMS messages sent during the selected date range. |
Headings in the Notification Count Report
Heading | Description |
Business ID | The business ID of the business. |
Business Name | The name of the business. |
Region | The region in which the business is located. |
Business Type | The type of business. |
Number of Locations | The number of locations of the business. |
Outbound Emails | The total number of emails sent by the business during the selected date range. |
SMS Limit | The maximum number of SMS messages the business is allowed to send during the selected date range. If the business exceeds their SMS limit, overage fees will apply. |
Outbound SMS | The number of SMS messages sent by the business during the selected date range. |
Inbound SMS | The number of SMS messages received by the business during the selected date range. |
Outbound Postcards | The total number of postcards sent by the business during the selected date range. |
Brand Registration Status | The registration status of the business. Carrier networks are required to verify the business information that you entered in the A2P registration form.

Campaign Registration Type | The SMS campaign that was selected when completing the A2P registration form. |
Campaign Status | The review status of the actual use cases of the business’s SMS communication, such as marketing and client notifications.

Country | The country in which the business is located. |
