Marketing Campaigns Report

The Marketing Campaigns Report is a marketing report that displays the status and link tracking information for all automated marketing campaign emails sent to clients during the selected date range.

Note: Email statuses and click tracking metrics may not update if the recipient is using ad-blocker, certain privacy-focused browsers, or a secure email agent. For example, an email may have a status of Unopened even if the recipient has opened it.

Business Strategy Insights: Why It’s Valuable

The Marketing Campaigns Report helps you turn email engagement data into actionable marketing strategy. By surfacing key metrics—such as open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and delivery status—it provides a clear view into how your automated campaigns are performing across different client segments. This visibility enables you to refine messaging, improve targeting, and optimize send times based on what drives real engagement.

Beyond surface-level stats, the report highlights trends that guide smarter decisions—like identifying which campaigns resonate most, which audiences are most responsive, and where deliverability issues may be impacting results. While privacy tools may limit some tracking, this report remains a critical pulse check on your email marketing effectiveness and a powerful tool for maximizing ROI across client communications.
