Collect remaining balance for appointments with deposits

Some appointments require clients to pay a deposit to secure their booking. You can collect payment for the remaining balance from the client profile or from the schedule. Follow the instructions below to collect payment for the client’s outstanding balance.

Follow the steps below to collect the remaining balance for appointments with a pre-paid deposit from the client profile or the schedule.

Collect the remaining balance from the client profile

To collect the remaining balance of an appointment from the client profile:

  1. Click Search on the Top Nav Bar and enter the client’s information, then click the client’s name.

  2. On the side menu, click Attendance > Upcoming Schedule or Attendance History and select the appointment.

  3. In the Service Details column, click the appointment name, then click Pay now.

  4. In the store, click Add to cart under Drop-in.

    • The drop-in rate represents the outstanding balance for the service after the deposit.

  5. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  6. Select the payment method and click Complete to check out as usual.

Collect the remaining balance from the schedule

To collect the remaining balance of an appointment from the schedule:

  1. Click the App Drawer then click Schedule.

  2. Click the relevant Appointment, then click Pay now.

  3. In the store, click Add to cart under Drop-in.

    • The drop-in rate represents the outstanding balance for the service after the deposit.

  4. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  5. Select the payment method and click Complete to check out as usual.
