Client-specific reports provide relevant information for your business and clients. They can be used for marketing, customer retention, and more, with advanced filters available as needed.

Description

Clients whose accounts have a negative balance during the selected date range.

From this report you can invoice and charge clients for their negative balances.

Clients who qualify for promotion to a new belt level based on the conditions you’ve set during the selected date range.

All appointment and asset bookings requested during the selected date range. This report is displayed on your dashboard.

The profile details of all clients who joined your business during the selected date range.

Profile details include contact information, client ID, home location, custom client fields, and more.

The reviews left by clients for your business during the selected date range.

All client type conversions at your business, including conversion dates, as well as the original and converted Purchase Options, during the selected date range.

Clients who haven’t attended services at your business for a certain amount of time.

This report can be used to organize and send automated marketing campaigns to engage at-risk clients.

Clients who joined your business during the selected date range, including an overview of their profile information, client type, and any personalized notes.

Clients sent to collections during the selected date range.

Clients are automatically sent to collections when they have a negative account balance beyond the provided grace period. By default, this grace period is 90 days, but can be changed by contacting Aldous.

This report is only available for businesses that have signed up for Collections.
