Whether it’s to quickly pay for unpaid visits, or to simply keep track of how many sessions a client hasn’t paid for, you get this done by simply navigating to a client’s Attendance History in their client profile and filtering for unpaid visits.
To view your client’s unpaid visits, follow these steps:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search
button, enter the client’s information in the box and click their name to access their client profile.
On the side menu, click Attendance > Attendance History.
Click the Filter
button.
Click Paid With and select only the Not Paid checkbox.
Click Apply.
