Capacity determines the max number of clients that can participate in a class session. You can choose to display or hide the capacity when clients view the class details from the Client Portal.
To display or hide class capacity, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Web Applications.
On the Web Applications menu, click Client View Settings.
Under Schedule Settings, set the Show capacity information option to ON. This makes the total capacity and the number of available spots for each class visible on the schedule for clients.
