To access the Payroll Summary Report, click the App Drawer button, then click View All > Reports > Staff > Payroll Summary.

The Payroll Summary Report provides an overview of staff payrolls within a selected date range, including services booked, payments, tips, and commissions. Summary cards at the top of the page highlight key details.

Summary cards in the Payroll Summary Report

Summary card

Description

Pay

The total amount paid to staff members for services or sales during the selected date range.

Tip Amount

The total amount paid to staff members as tips during the selected date range.

Services

The total number of services provided by staff members during the selected date range.

Booked

The total number of services booked by clients during the selected date range.

Attended

The total number of booked services attended by clients during the selected date range.

No Shows

The total number of clients marked as No-Show during the selected date range. No-shows are clients who missed a booked service without canceling it.

Late Cancels

The total number of clients marked as Late Cancel during the selected date range.

Commission Sales

The total number of sales staff members earned commission on during the selected date range.

Headings in the Payroll Summary Report

Heading

Description

Staff

The staff member being paid.

Hours

The number of hours that the staff member has worked during the selected time period, calculated using the time clock feature.

Commission Sales

The number of sales the staff member has earned commission on.

Service Count

The number of services that the staff member conducted.

Booked

The number of clients who booked a service with this staff member.

Attended

The number of clients who attended a service with this staff member.

No Shows

The number of clients whose attendance status was No Show for a service with this staff member.

Late Cancels

The number of clients whose attendance status was Late Cancel for a service with this staff member.

Pay

The staff member’s pay for the selected time period.

Tips

The total amount of tips received by the staff member for the selected time period.

Advanced Filters in the Payroll Summary Report

Filter

Description

Tips

Determines whether to include staff tips in the report.

Locations

Determines which locations to include in the report.

Commission Sales

Determines whether sales staff members earned commission on are included in the report.

Pay Rate

Determines which payroll entries to include in the report based on the pay rate used to pay the staff member. The options available in this filter are dependent on the pay rates you have set up for your staff members.

Time

Determines which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.

Day of the Week

Determines which to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.

Classes

Determines which classes to include in the report.

Events

Determines which events to include in the report.

Appointments

Determines which appointment types to include in the report.

Staff

Determines which staff members to include in the report.
