WellnessLiving is optimized to work on most devices, but you may encounter performance issues on devices that don't meet our recommended system requirements. To ensure that WellnessLiving runs smoothly on your device, refer to the recommended system requirements below.

Note: Internet speed is affected by connection latency. If your latency is greater than 200 ms, webpages will take considerably longer to load and update. You may notice this on pages that update frequently, such as client check-in pages.
You can test your internet speed and latency (ping time) at www.speedtest.net.

iOS requirements

The Achieve Client App and all WellnessLiving’s web apps require iOS 14.0 or higher. The Elevate Staff App requires iOS 11.2 or higher. They’re compatible with the following iOS devices:

  • iPhone 5S or later

  • iPad Air or iPad Air 2

  • iPad Mini 2 or later

  • iPad Pro (1st generation) or later

  • iPad (5th generation) or later

  • iPod touch (6th generation)

Android requirements

The Achieve Client App, Elevate Staff App, and all WellnessLiving’s web apps require Android 7.0 or higher.
